Imagine; an explosion of pear, cassis buds, mango, honeysuckle, lingering citrus…yum! Spring, Summer, Fall and Wild iris just make me smile!

Brilliance in shades of deep shiny ruby and mahogany on the rim encourage a pause as you enjoy the sheer beauty of this wine. The explosion of aromas; lilacs ensconced in dark chocolate, layers of blueberry, graphite & maple syrup, will continue to enhance the experience. Finally, enjoy a dense, but soft entrance, concentrating on the palate with a fine granular tannic frame, with touches of chocolate powder, blackberry, fresh raspberry and Jordan almonds remaining with a long, delicious finish.

With brilliant hues of diamonds and gold, the 2016 Wild Iris prepares you for something special. An explosion of fruit; pear, apricot, mango, peaches and touches of citrus satisfies all expectations. These hedonistic aromas are met with equal ripe fruit flavors and the delicate addition of white chocolate, jasmine and yellow raspberries. A round unctuous texture, in perfect balance with fresh acidity, takes the 2016 Iris to a whole new level. This pleasure continues with an amazingly long finish. “This is the classiest and most complex Sauvignon Blanc made by CC to date.”

Opulence & Balance
Our 2015 Estate Cabernet is a perfect example of what is possible in a short, difficult growing year. Well-seasoned growers and winemakers who deeply understand the science and the art of winemaking produced stunning wines with opulence and balance. Antonio Galloni and James Suckling echo this truth.

The 2015 Eternity is a spectacular vintage! Opulent in every way, perfect balance, velvety texture, firm structure…words do not do it justice. While both the Suckling Report & the Wine Advocate awarded this vintage of Eternity 95pts, at the end of the day, what matters most is that the 2015 Eternity is a vintage to celebrate the ordinary & the extraordinary. That is what an exceptionally beautiful wine is all about!

With aromatics of passion fruit, Meyer lemon and gooseberry, the 2015 Wild Iris feels like a trip to the tropics. Its sumptuous mouthfeel is first dominated by flavors of pear with a touch of passion fruit and then evolves to include lemon custard with hints of nutmeg and white flowers on the long finish. Throughout, the bright acidity keeps this Wild Iris very fresh and bright from the first sip to the last.
