The 2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, darker than the most recent vintages, presents with heightened aromas of cassis, violets, fine cedar, & bright black cherries. This full bodied wine fills front, middle and back pallet with round, complex layers of fruit, spice and fine textured French Oak.
