The stunning 2013 Eternity Proprietary Red wine is obviously a Bordeaux blend. It reveals unsmoked cigar tobacco and licorice, Christmas fruitcake, cedar wood and plenty of blackberry and cassis fruit along with a full-bodied palate. The oak is well-disguised by the wine’s lavish concentration and intensity. It should drink beautifully for another 20+ years.” — Robert Parker

2013 EternityIN THE VINEYARD & WINERYAfter the 2012 vintage, few thought such a perfect growing season could be matched. But then along came the 2013, leaving us with ever widening smiles. Mother Nature was doubling her effort to make up for harder times. Ideal spring bud break, steady flowering, even fruit set and luxurious, uninterrupted warm days and cool nights…does this sound familiar? In 2013 these conditions again made for optimal ripening. On the crush pad, we watched wide eyed as our 2013 Eternity Cabernet grapes danced in a pool of dark rich juice. There was no doubt, the 2013 would have its own place in the list of other worldly Napa Valley Cabernet Vintages.
